Condominium Manager responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of a condominium complex. The role involves overseeing various aspects of property management, including financial management, facilities maintenance, vendor management, and building relationships with tenants, landlords and boards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Condominium Property Management
• University degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• A Limited License; General License is preferred
• Knowledge of Condominium legislation and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
