Job Description
A Sales Manager for Steel processing is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships within the steel industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the steel manufacturing, fabrication, or service center industry.
- Strong knowledge of various steel products and the associated processing and production methods.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market conditions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is often preferred, but industry experience is highly valued.
