Job Description
The Body Shop Apprentice is in training and under supervision for the repairs of all assigned vehicles, restoring damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition.
Requirements
- Receptive to feedback
- Adjusts and implements feedback as necessary
- De-trims and disassembles vehicles
- Identifies and sources parts as necessary
- Maintains and tracks parts and materials
- Meets on-time delivery expectations
- Assists other team members when needed
- Performs quality repairs without passing on defects
- Meets requirements for productivity
- Follows all quality control processes
- Meets the return rate target
- Follow all Safety procedures
- Adheres to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal
