The Field IT Support Technician provides onsite IT support, installations, troubleshooting, and technical service across a variety of client environments throughout the New York City and New Jersey metro area.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support or field technician experience
- Strong knowledge of desktops, networking, wireless, and end-user troubleshooting
- Experience with POS systems, AV, VoIP, access control, and cameras preferred
- Experience with rack mounting, cabling, patching, and onsite installations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel throughout the New York City and New Jersey metro area
- Flexible schedule with availability for some evenings, weekends, and holidays
