Job Description
Delaney Hardware is seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support technical communication, customer satisfaction, and product development with their lock and door solutions. The APM will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to roadmaps, documentation, and product launches. This is a customer-facing role with a technical focus on security solutions.
Requirements
- Assist in translating product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify new products and improvements.
