Requirements

• Directly supervises employees in the Shipping and Receiving Department or Keying Department.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and addressing grievances.
• Enforces safety regulations.
• Schedule the necessary trucking to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities.
• Inspects loading operations and material handling equipment.
