Job Description
Join Delart as a MEMS Microphone Engineer to develop and optimize cutting-edge MEMS microphone modules for consumer electronics, with expertise in acoustic engineering and semiconductor manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in MEMS microphone module development from concept to high-volume mass production
- Expertise in acoustic engineering and semiconductor manufacturing, with strong problem-solving skills in system-level challenges
- Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and contract manufacturers
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25-30%) to support manufacturing ramps and vendor audits
