Job Description
Delart is seeking a Senior PCB Design Engineer to collaborate with electrical engineering hardware teams and PCB/Assembly vendors to design and refine cutting-edge PCB stack-ups.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in PCB design utilizing Cadence design tool sets
- Expertise in designing Rigid, Flex, and Rigid-Flex boards, including HDI design and multilayer PCB techniques
- Familiarity with PLM systems like Agile and understanding of IPC, JEDEC, IEEE standards
- Skilled in applying layout design constraints for mixed/RF signal, high-speed signal impedance control, memory interfaces, power distribution, heat dissipation, and EMI optimization
