Job Description
Delart is looking for a Firmware Team Representative in the APAC region to facilitate communication and technical collaboration between cross-functional teams and vendors, notably Qualcomm. The role involves driving hardware issue triage and resolution, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of WiFi and Bluetooth technologies within wearable devices.
Requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams
- Manage and resolve technical issues with external chip vendors
- Perform NVM and BDF modifications and firmware integration
- Conduct detailed log analysis using tools like Logcat, dmesg, and QXDM
- Support operations in CM factories or labs
