Job Description
The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily shipping operations, ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and motivate team members to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Motivate team members to ensure tasks are completed as assigned
- Route and ship orders using WMS, ERP software, and shipping platforms
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments
- Review and approve shipping documentation
- Monitor and optimize shipping schedules
- Work with transportation providers
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Conduct daily audits
- Communicate with customer service, sales, and inventory teams
- Train and mentor warehouse staff
- Support inventory control processes
- Report key performance indicators
