Construction Project Manager

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in Federal construction projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, motivated, and able to plan and multitask to meet deadlines and keep projects on or below budget.

Requirements

• Acts as the point of contact with Federal project representatives
• Leads operational aspects of projects including cost, schedule, and technical performance management
• Develops and maintains multiple cost-loaded CPM project schedules
• Drafts subcontract agreements and manages subcontractors
• Communicates with onsite field personnel and client senior leadership
• Defines and establishes the project organization and project staffing requirements
• Ensures work is executed in accordance with company practices and client specifications
