The role involves assisting with patient care, documentation, and administrative reporting, traveling between 9 health centers, and contributes to achieving patient care goals. Requirements

• Registered Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required.
• Previous experience in Adult/Family Practice is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills are required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
