Account Manager, New South Wales

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our NSW/ACT sales team, responsible for driving business growth of our Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands and managing a portfolio of accounts in Central Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience with a FMCG company, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Develop high quality relationships with customers and facilitate sustainable account growth.
• Drive distribution, rate of sale, promotional activity and sales in retail and on trade consistent with Super Premium category positioning and the features and benefits of brands.
• Build the profile of the brand through customer presentations, brand advocacy, and tastings.
• Ensure customer alignment with agreements, such as promotional activities and individual joint business plans.
• Provide feedback to National Accounts team on compliance, promotional adherence and market activity.
