Job Description
DeleteMe's Privacy Operations team is looking for a Custom Removal Advisor to manage high value individual requests from customers, perform audits, site investigations, and maintain detailed activity logs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations or customer service
- 3+ years of experience in incident management or rapid response customer service
- Experience working with a high growth company or fast paced environments
- Demonstrated history of developing and improving operational processes
- History of delivering on large, impactful projects
- Previous experience of working with global teams
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams
- Flexibility to travel internationally as needed
- Proficiency with G Suite, Slack, Jira
