The Bottling Maintenance Technician monitors, trouble-shoots, repairs, adjusts, installs, maintains, operates, tests or otherwise services automated, servo-mechanical, electromechanical, or electro-pneumatic equipment in support of bottling and production operations.
Requirements
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure a safe working environment
- Work cohesively with Bottling Supervisors, Production Managers, Bottling Manager, QC & QA
- Clean, lubricate, repair, or adjust parts, pumps, vessels, equipment, or machinery using hand tools or specialized equipment
- Repair, rework, or calibrate hydraulic, pneumatic, power transmission, and conveyance assemblies or systems
- Observe, measure, or test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions
- Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
- Operate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs
- Set up or change over machine parts and attachments according to production specifications
- Record work activities, parts or materials used, and order or requisition new parts or materials as necessary
