Sales Engineering Director

Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization. The Sales Engineering Director will oversee Delinea's team of Sales Engineering individual contributors across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region, and will be responsible for creating a culture of Sales Engineering excellence, establishing operational excellence, and contributing to cross-functional efforts to improve product execution, customer success experience, and marketing programs.

• Establish and continuously improve an operational excellence model
• Create and develop Delinea's SE talent program within META
• Support SE Enablement standards
• Identify SE-led programs to create pipeline
• Uphold regional demo & POC standards
• Invest in and engage the partner ecosystem
• Establish a cross-functional program to engage Product Management
• Evaluate organizational alignment and instrument adjustments
• Act as an Executive Sponsor on key accounts and partnerships
