IT Support Specialist (Brazil or Peru)

We are seeking a thoughtful and service-oriented IT Support Specialist who is passionate about helping others succeed. The role involves providing first-line technical support, diagnosing and resolving common technical issues, and escalating complex issues to senior engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, fluency in English, and experience with technical capabilities such as Microsoft operating systems, network topologies, and security practices.

Requirements

• Provide thoughtful and timely first line technical support
• Diagnose and resolve common desktop, laptop, printer, application, and basic networking issues
• Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and applications
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks, patching, updates, and monitoring
• Escalate more complex or unfamiliar issues to senior engineers
• Support small project tasks under the guidance of more senior team members
• Document work, updates, and solutions clearly and consistently
• Coordinate laptop procurement and equipment logistics
• Support expense administration and associated operational tasks
