As an Account Manager in the Growth team, you will have a key role ensuring partner engagement and retention in Glovo, impacting long tail partners to make them grow and sell assets.
Requirements
- Draw and execute plans to make the portfolio grow through promos, marketing activations and selling positioning assets
- Identify new assets to sell to the long tail partners and implement the whole process
- Evaluate, follow up and build reports on marketing activations performance
- Problem solving attitude with fast thinking decision making
- Developed communication and commercial skills
- Get feedback from our stores and translate it into process improvements
- Maintain good relationship between Glovo and our partners
- Contact >20 Partners / day to help them improve their presence on the App
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Work closely with all the departments within Glovo Portugal organization and occasionally globally on temporary projects
