Requirements
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points within partner operations
- Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements for our partners
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics related to partner performance
- Identify and communicate important insights to relevant stakeholders, influencing changes that enhance partner efficiency and satisfaction
- Utilize data to support the establishment of excellent relationships with Glovo's partners, demonstrating data-backed value and building engagement
