Job Description
As Director of Finance & Strategy, you will be the key strategic advisor to the General Manager of Glovo Italy. You will lead a high-performing team that combines financial excellence with strategic foresight, partnering with leaders across operations, marketing, q-commerce, commercial and more.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years' experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or equivalent high-impact environments.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with full P&L exposure and cross-functional business acumen.
- Track record in leading high-performing teams, including recruiting and developing top talent.
- Strong exposure to high-growth, tech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
- Background in strategy consulting (e.g., MBB) and/or CFO-track roles in fast-paced companies is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
