Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, focusing on groceries, retail, or e-commerce.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse teams across different regions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
• Familiarity with technology platforms and tools used in Q-commerce, such as inventory management software, retailers systems, and data analytics tools.
