Logistics Lead - Quick Commerce: Drive operational excellence in Quick Commerce logistics network, designing efficient delivery processes, and optimizing operations to meet fast-paced commerce demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, logistics or a similar quantitative discipline
• A minimum of 4 years of proven experience working within a fast paced environment, ideally within product/e-commerce operations, logistics or a similar systems focused role
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for complex data manipulation and ad hoc analyses
• Comfortable with data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficient communication skills in Greek and English (verbal and written)
• 5+ years in operations, supply chain, or quick commerce
• Strong process design and analytical skills
• Experience in multi-category or complex fulfillment environments
