Job Description
Manager- Corporate Law role involves overseeing all legal matters related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with corporate laws and regulations across the region. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, and strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
