Job Description
People Manager will partner with senior stakeholders to execute and localize the People strategy aligned with business objectives for the Italian market. The role will involve managing business teams and sub-departments, driving People initiatives, and providing strategic workforce planning activities.
Requirements
- Partner strategically with senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into project delivery
- Guide teams to drive the execution of People initiatives leveraging relevant data and insights
- Own Strategic workforce planning activities
- Coach and support business leaders in the application of HR policies and practices
