Job Description
foodpanda is looking for a PMO Manager (People Manager) to lead a team of Senior Project Managers and drive complex initiatives across EU & APAC Consumer Platforms. The role involves strategic PMO oversight, framework and methodology ownership, and stakeholder orchestration.
Requirements
- Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Senior Project Managers.
- Strategic PMO Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for global initiatives.
- Framework & Methodology Ownership: Drive the evolution of the PMO framework.
- Stakeholder & Interdependency Orchestration: Act as a senior point of escalation and a bridge between cross-functional teams.
- Organizational Change & Strategy: Analyze the impact of large-scale changes and develop engagement strategies.
