Rider Quality Support (t-Patroller)

Conduct rider audits, manage crowd control, handle de-escalation, support vendor relations, provide updates, and deliver safety training. Participate in special projects for operational improvement and rider experience enhancement.

Requirements

• Experience working in delivery, operations, or rider checks
• Valid motorbike license in the UAE
• Ability to speak clearly and deal with people in a polite and professional way
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and help solve problems on-ground
• Ability to speak and understand English; other languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a bonus
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and outside in all weather
