Senior Accountant (They/ She/ He)

Glovo is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead in-house accounting and ensure compliance with local requirements related to tax and accounting. The successful candidate will have experience in a multinational company and knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a multinational company in accounting
• Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles
• Knowledge of accounting procedures including IFRS standards
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Experience in preparing for and supporting external financial audits
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages (Pantheon and Navision)
• Advanced MS Office tools, especially advanced skills in Excel
