• Hands-on analytical expertise to understand the status and quality of our core data.
• Strong stakeholder alignment skills to bridge the gap between local brand nuances and a unified global data product portfolio.
• Exceptional leadership skills to drive a cross-functional team of Data Engineers and Analysts.
• Business understanding of the "Golden Path" of an order, from the first click in an app to the final financial reconciliation.
• Technical literacy to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
