Strategic Account Manager, Pharmacy Operations: Own the P&L and commercial performance of assigned strategic accounts, drive revenue growth, and develop partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 4-5 years of proven experience in high-stakes account management
- Deep-rooted understanding of the Pakistani retail landscape, specifically the nuances of drug distribution, pharmacy chains and DRAP regulations
- Solid knowledge of the internet economy and e-commerce growth levers
- Highly data-driven with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, build/optimize process flows, and take full ownership of account P&L and long-term success
- Exceptional ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Self-starter capable of leading independent projects and driving strategic initiatives
- High energy and driven to exceed KPIs in a competitive, evolving market
