Join us as an IAM Operations Engineer on our Cybersecurity team in Eldorado do Sul/RS, Brazil to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. As an IAM Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the operational support, optimization, planning, design, testing, and management of Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and technologies.
Requirements
- Solid experience in IAM operations, IT operations, cybersecurity, or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms, such as Directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID), Authentication & MFA platforms, Identity governance or access management tools
- Working knowledge of IAM concepts (JML processes, RBAC, least privilege, access governance, SSO)
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, including English – written and spoken
