Job Description
Accounts Receivable Disputes Specialist with Italian: resolve moderately complex customer deductions and disputes, maximize recovery, and partner cross-functionally to address billing accuracy and collections outcomes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable disputes/deductions, Order-to-Cash, billing, collections, or related finance operations/analysis
- Advanced analytical and root cause analysis skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems and dispute tools/portals
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage priorities independently and exercise sound judgment
