We are looking for a Junior Business/System Analyst to join our Core Banking projects team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience working with banking systems, client-facing projects, and end-to-end project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of business processes and/or IT systems (banking knowledge is a plus, not a must)
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with clients
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Motivation to learn, grow, and build a career in Core Banking systems
