Role Overview

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. The team works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions creating lasting impact.

What You Will Do

As an Analyst on the I&D - HC team, you will support clients through the people-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures. You will support human capital workstreams across the M&A lifecycle, develop and maintain workplans, status reports, issue logs, and client-ready deliverables, and coordinate with cross-functional and global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions integration and divestiture, transaction-related human capital, or human capital service delivery
• Experience supporting at least 1 M&A transaction
• Experience supporting human capital workstreams such as organization design, workforce transition, change management, employee communications, or HR operating model activities
• Experience developing client deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to travel 50%
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
