Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional Certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP), or equivalent credentials
- Extensive Industry Experience: Minimum of 15 years in internal control, risk management, and compliance
- Sector Expertise: Strong background in coal and metals mining, smelter or refinery industries with deep knowledge of regulatory environments
