Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related areas
- Experience (2-6 years) in system administration and advanced support
- Solid knowledge in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, M365
- Implementation of monitoring and service control tools
- Experience in incident and problem management (ITIL valued)
- Creation of documentation and improvement of processes and internal tools
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Analytical capacity, problem-solving and critical thinking
- Organization, planning and orientation for project quality
