Deloitte is looking for a Cloud Observability Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in observability/monitoring operations in cloud and hybrid environments, with a focus on automation and AIOps/NoOps.
Requirements
- Operate and provide L2/L3 support for platforms (Dynatrace/Datadog/Zabbix and/or similar)
- Design/operate telemetry pipelines (metrics, logs, traces, OpenTelemetry) and synthetics (HTTP/API/network)
- Define alerts, dashboards, workflows, and runbooks
- Integration with ITSM (ServiceNow/Jira): creation/update/closure of tickets and enrichment (CI/impact/priority)
- War-rooms, post-mortems, and continuous improvement
- Availability to work shifts and on-call guards
