Job Description
As a senior accountant, you will be required to complete annual mission and compilation files as well as prepare financial statements and supporting notes. You will be required to prepare corporate tax returns and respond to client inquiries. You will identify technical issues, risks, and potential mandates for clients and communicate them to mission leaders as well as propose solutions to the issues encountered. You will be part of a dynamic team.
Requirements
- Degree in accounting
- 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting and in a firm
- Good understanding of accounting principles, basic compliance skills, and experience with compilation and examination missions
- Experience with Caseware/Caseview/Taxprep is an asset
