As a principal advisor or director, you will support our project managers in providing advisory services to clients throughout the F&A life cycle, focusing on procurement strategy, diligent control, synergy determination, value creation, and post-merger integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or another relevant field is desired
- At least three years of experience in F&A, procurement, or operations advisory services
- Demonstrated expertise in procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier management, or post-merger integration
- Knowledge of financial and operational parameters
- Ability to travel to client offices and locations across Canada and occasionally in the United States, as needed
