Deloitte Canada is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant specializing in Sourcing and Procurement to join our consulting team based in Canada. As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you’ll leverage your experience working with all aspects of Sourcing and Procurement—to drive innovative work as we expand our service offering with new transformation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 2-4 years of overall consulting and/or industry experience with Supply Chain Sourcing & Procurement
- Expertise in some of the following Supply Chain Sourcing & Procurement specializations: Spend Management & Analytics, Sustainable Strategic Sourcing (Direct & Indirect), Process and Technology Implementations, Supplier Relationship Management, Value Chain Risk Management, etc.
- Demonstrates understanding of the full Source to Pay lifecycle, from intake, to sourcing, to procurement, through to invoicing and working through process assessments, mapping and future state process improvement
- Demonstrates experience developing and delivering high quality client deliverables, assessments, workshop facilitation, and presentation that involves senior stakeholders
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP) are a plus
