Manager, Supply Chain & Network Operations - Manufacturing Strategy and Smart Operations

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain & Network Operations for their manufacturing strategy and smart operations team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of manufacturing-related industry or consulting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. The role involves managing best-in-class manufacturing assessment and transformation projects, using advanced analytics to drive cost reductions and performance improvement, and coaching and developing practice staff.

Requirements

• 6+ years of manufacturing-related industry or consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt is an asset
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and capacity analysis
• ERP functionality, digital manufacturing/automation/smart factory technologies, PLM, and MES is considered an asset
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time in Canada and the USA, and globally when required
