We are seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead our manufacturing strategy and intelligent operations team. The ideal candidate will have more than 6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or consulting, with a focus on industrial engineering, operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Possesses more than 6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or in consulting in areas such as industrial engineering, operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement/productivity
• Holds a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field
• Capable of traveling up to 80% of the time in Canada, the United States, and internationally when required
• Has experience in leading or managing teams and change initiatives
• Has experience in rapid evaluation and development of business cases in ambiguous environments
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
