Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d)

LKE Group is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of products to customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a large network of suppliers and dealers. They will coordinate with various teams, optimize processes, and drive innovation within the supply chain.

Requirements

• Commercial or technical education with corresponding additional qualification or completed studies in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
• Extensive professional experience in a leadership position in the SCM area, ideally in the metal industry
• Leadership skills
• Confident demeanor and communication skills
• Independent, solution-oriented, analytical, and results-oriented working style
• High level of responsibility for processes, quality, deadlines, costs and delivery safety
• Safe and professional handling of MS-Office products and ERP systems
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
• Team skills and hands-on mentality
