Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager to join their Deal Transformation & Post Merger Integration Team (DT&PMI). The successful candidate will have experience in M&A, procurement, or operations management consulting and will be responsible for advising clients through the end-to-end M&A lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or relevant Master's desired
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in M&A, procurement, or operations management consulting
- Demonstrated expertise in procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier management, and/or post-merger integration
- Knowledgeable in both financial and operational metrics
- Ability to travel to client sites and offices across Canada and at times the US as required
- Exceptional client relationship skills
- Desire and comfort to work directly with clients at all management levels on a daily basis
- High level of energy, persistence, and strong desire to achieve results
- Proficient in MS Office applications (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
