We are seeking a Principal Director or Principal Director, Corporate Tax (Financial Services) to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a member of our Corporate Tax practice, you will provide tax services to clients, including financial institutions, investment funds, and private equity funds.

Requirements

• Supervise and examine the annual tax compliance of a portfolio of investment funds
• Communicate with fund administrators and clients as a key point of contact
• Provide tax advice on complex fund transactions and ensure proper tax treatment of fund activities
