Deloitte is seeking a Senior Director - Corporate Value Creation - Working Capital to lead end-to-end value-creation missions on working capital, including diagnostics, opportunity sizing, initiative design, and Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory/Forecast-to-Fulfill process implementation. The role requires a strong background in management consulting, project management, and operational cash-flow improvements. The successful candidate will have a master's degree, 7+ years of professional experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end value-creation missions on working capital
• Establish benchmarks and translate analysis into measurable results on working capital
• Design the project approach, key event calendar, governance cadence, and operational management system
• Facilitate client workshops and cross-functional sessions to drive process improvements and management behavioral changes
• Participate in occasional operational due diligence and working capital missions
• Contribute to practice development through commercial development
• Ensure leadership, management, and training of internal teams
• Contribute to Deloitte's knowledge by developing and improving methodologies, tools, and models
