Deloitte is seeking a Director - CSAD-Enterprise Architect to lead technology and architecture vision for large banking clients. The role involves shaping enterprise-wide architecture strategy, modernization roadmaps, and complex digital transformation engagements.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of leadership experience in banking technology, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation
• Proven track record in leading core banking modernization, large-scale transformation programs, or enterprise technology refreshes
• Deep knowledge of banking domains, including core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, and customer platforms
• Strong understanding of modern architectural paradigms—API-led architectures, microservices, cloud-native platforms, data and integration architectures
• Familiarity with enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF, BIAN, or equivalent
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities
• Strategic mindset with proven capability to shape technology direction at an enterprise scale
