Requirements

• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs
• Perform gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and traceability
• Shape product vision and roadmap for AI features
• Run Agile ceremonies and maintain clear release plans and OKRs
• Coordinate data availability, model monitoring, and governance
• Demo increments, validate requirements, and manage UAT
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership
