Job Description
Deloitte is looking for a senior technology leader to drive the adoption and development of AI-based solutions, including intelligent agents and MCPs, within the Deloitte Technology Spain ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields
- High level of English (B2) and Spanish proficiency
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience in the design, development, and deployment of AI-based solutions
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in software development with C# / Java, Python, Angular, or React
- Demonstrated experience in technical team management and technology project management, preferably under agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Solid experience in Azure AI Foundry, RAGs, intelligent agent development, and MCP creation
