Manager | Business Valuations | Mumbai | Valuation & Modeling

The role involves building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations. Responsibilities include leading business valuation assignments, developing financial models, conducting research, and managing client relationships.

Requirements

• CA / Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), or Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) is highly preferred.
• Minimum [6-8] years of experience in business valuation, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and valuation tools.
• Familiarity with valuation standards (e.g., IVS, US GAAP, IFRS).
• Knowledge of industry-specific trends and financial reporting requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
