Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or MBA
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex software development projects
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Familiarity with cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in managing remote or distributed teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in technology
